Cornbread!
I finally found an awesome cornbread recipe. Still not as good as Beckers, but it’s pretty dang close. AND gluten free, since it’s made with just cornmeal. #result
I didn’t make mine exactly like the recipe, though. I used 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup vegetable oil because I was short 1/4 of oil, and it worked fine. These are nice and buttery, mmm.

Sadly, there’s only one muffin left. So, I guess I’ll have to bake another batch very soon. And get some pinto beans.
